- 7 Days/ 6 Nights accommodations on twin sharing basis. 1 Night in Nairobi, 2 Nights in Aberdare National Park, 1 Night in Lake Naivasha, 2 Nights in Masai Mara. - Tea and Coffee or any other expense of personal nature like tipping, laundry, telephone/fax calls, beverages, personal meal orders, camera/video camera fee at monuments, medical expenses, room service charges, airport departure tax etc.
- Any extension of stay in hotel and check-in/check-out time pre/post standard followed at all domestic hotels.
- Any expenses caused by reasons beyond our control such as personal health problems, roadblocks, Govt. restrictions/rules, landslide, accidents & any emergency evacuations.

How to Book?

- Send us a clear scanned copy of your Pan Card and Passport with validity of at least 6 months from the day of return from the tour (first and last page) on email or WhatsApp. Both the documents should be clear with all four corners visible and no shadows
- Pay Rs. 50,000 as 'tour booking fee' by online NEFT / IMPS transfer or cheque in favour of our bank account.
- Pay the balance amount 60 days before the tour departure date.
- If you want us to make train/flight booking, approx. amount of same to be paid at time of booking. The remaining is to be adjusted with the balance payment. Please call us for further details.
Documents Required for Visa:
- Clear scanned copy of Passport, which must be valid for at least 6 months post the date of departure from the country. Also, at least 3 continuous blank pages must be there in your passport.
- The first 2 pages and the last 2 pages of your passport should be signed.
- 2 copies of recent passport-size photographs, which must be taken within the last 6 months. The photographs must be absolutely clear. The recommended size of the photo is 2X2 inch.
- Clear scanned copy of Pan Card
- Contact details (home address, telephone, email)
- Copy of Flight itinerary (arrival and departure flight number, date of departure of initial flight in case of connecting flights)
Yellow Fever Vaccination:
It is mandatory to get a vaccination for Yellow Fever before travelling to Kenya (Africa). All travellers are advised to take the vaccination if travelling to or from a yellow fever risk country. Yellow fever is preventable and the vaccine is safe and almost 100 percent effective. Yellow Fever Vaccination received in India is valid only if it is received from Govt. of India recognized centers only and we shall help you with the list of WHO approved medical clinics in all major cities.The vaccination is valid after 10 days from the date of vaccination and duration of its validity is the life of the person vaccinated.

She wanted to try this as she always wishes to travel and explore places but somehow the timing never matched with our schedule. However what made her more interested was that the trips were very budget friendly (to take that risk of even if it does not go well its fine!). I must say I was very much apprehensive about whether she will enjoy and most importantly if she would be comfortable, would there be someone to help in those small needs when you travel at that age, will there be someone to assist her with the luggage etc during the journey, how will she commute from the station to hotel, what if the hotels and activities mentioned in the itinerary does not match to the actual, etc and etc. Even so I took details of all the hotel reservations and contact numbers before her trip started but none of them was of any use..all thanks to Gaurav! As soon as my mother boarded the train he was in touch with her. Even so he figured out that the train was running late much before even I did. He was there on the station waiting for her and I knew that I can worry less with such a great start. Also my mother was amazed with all the arrangements, the hotels was exactly as mentioned in the itinerary. Also there were so many activities, games involved in between the sight seeings that she had a lot of fun along with the other group members.
