Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Tbilisi

Board your evening flight from Delhi to Tbilisi International Airport, the gateway to Georgia’s historic capital. After clearing immigration, meet your local representative and transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure, giving you time to rest after the journey or enjoy a quiet evening walk near your hotel.

Tbilisi, founded in the 5th century, has long been a crossroads of Europe and Asia. Over the next few days, you’ll discover its winding cobblestone streets, centuries-old churches, and vibrant culture — but for now, relax and prepare for the adventure ahead. Overnight stay in Tbilisi.

  • Flights not included from India to Tbilisi and return. (Request you to not book your tickets without consulting us)
  • Tax Collected At Source on Foreign Tours (TCS). The exact amount will be collected as per Government rules while making the payment.
  • Additional cost of International Travel Insurance for age above 70 years. Any difference to be payable on actual by traveler.
  • Travel insurance does not cover pre-existing diseases (PEDs). If a traveler wishes to include PED coverage, the same can be arranged at an additional cost, and must be requested in advance.
  • In case of non Indian passport holder, supplement for sightseeing tickets.
  • Sightseeing, attraction and services tickets not mentioned in inclusions.
  • Any additional water sports, adventure activities that have not been mentioned in inclusions.
  • Any extension of stay in hotel and check-in/check-out time pre/post standard followed at all hotels.
  • Expense of personal nature like tipping, laundry, telephone / fax calls, beverages, personal meal orders, camera/video camera fee at monuments, medical expenses, room service charges, airport departure tax etc.
  • Any expenses caused by reasons beyond our control such as personal health problem, road blocks, landslide, accidents & any emergency evacuations.
  • Any additional expenses arising due to flight/train delays, disruptions, rescheduling, or cancellations in any domestic or international sector, including any penalty, change fee, or cancellation fee of flight/train tickets.
  • Any meals, beverages and services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
  • Extra Services if taken (rafting, cycling, etc).
  • Room upgrade charges in case required.
  • Any Covid related test requirement implemented by the Country.

How to Book?

  • Call / WhatsApp us on (+91) # 8800702675 / 9711596164 or email us at info@phurr.in and initiate your booking
  • Send us a clear scanned copy of your Pan Card and Passport (front and back page - Name and Address page) on email or WhatsApp with at least 6 months validity from the return date of this tour. You must carry your original passport during tour.
  • Pay INR. 40,000 as 'tour booking fee' by online NEFT / IMPS transfer or cheque in favour of our bank account.
  • Pay INR 50,000 as the 2nd instalment 60 days before tour departure date.
  • Pay the balance amount 40 days before the tour departure date.
  • If you want us to make train/flight booking, approx. amount of same to be paid at time of booking. The remaining is to be adjusted with the balance payment. Please call us for further details.

Visa:

Georgia allows e-Visa for Indian passport holders and we will be applying the same on your behalf. The cost is included in the tour package for Indian passport holders. For Non-Indian passport holders, extra supplement fee will be applicable.

** You must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19 to enter Georgia.

 

Documents for Visa:

  • Colored scanned copy of Passport (first and last page) with a validity of at least six months from the date of return of this tour
  • Scanned copy of Pan Card
  • Latest colored passport size photograph with plain white background. Minimum 300dpi resolution and size of photo should be 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm (35x45mm). Photo must be in electronic format and of less than 1 MB size. Scanned or printed copies are not accepted.
  • 6 months bank statement of savings account, reflecting a stable balance of approximately ?1.5–3?lakh to demonstrate sufficient funds for the trip.
  • Completed Self Declaration TCS and LRS form which will be shared by us.
  • Confirmed flight tickets - India to Georgia and return 
  • You must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19 to enter Uzbekistan
